Welcome

Important announcement: the submission deadline has been extended to 8 December. This is the final extension, so the deadline will not be further extended. Also note that due to IFAC policies, we can no longer allow regular papers to exceed 6 pages (contrary to what has been previously announced, for which we apologize).

Following the previous successful symposiums in Ascona, Mohican State Park, Karlsruhe, Salerno, Monterey, Munich, Tokyo, Kolmården, Orléans and Columbus, the 11th Symposium on Advances on Automotive Control (AAC) will be held in Eindhoven, Netherlands.

Scope

Driven by massive greenhouse gas emission reduction targets and by increasing connectivity, the automotive industry faces enormous challenges to accelerate the transition towards smart and green transport and mobility. Control systems are the brain of the automotive powertrain and vehicle and gives it its specific characteristics in terms of drivability, energy consumption, and emissions. The AAC2025 symposium will explore trends and innovations in control of powertrains, intelligent and autonomous vehicles and mobility systems and infrastructure. We aim to offer an inspiring and interactive event by bringing together researchers and experts from academia and industry. During this event, the latest research developments as well as real-world applications will be presented and discussed.

Venue

The venue of the symposium will be Domus Dela, which is located in the city center of Eindhoven. Domus Dela is a former monastery, with its marble hallways, stained-glass windows and the characteristic meeting rooms. We are sure this will create the right atmosphere for an inspiring symposium.
