Conference participants must register online via the registration website.
Validating your final paper submission
Each accepted paper should be covered by the registration of one of the co-authors. To associate a registration to an accepted paper please do not forget to fill the corresponding entry on the registration form with your paper submission number provided by Paperplaza conference manuscript management system. The corresponding registration fee must be paid within the deadline of the final submission of the accepted paper. Accepted papers which are not associated to a registration of one of the co-authors will neither be included in the conference program nor in the conference pre-prints. Moreover, in case an associated registration for a contributed paper is missing, this paper will also not be published on IFAC PapersOnline.

Below you find the registration fees for AAC2025:

IFAC affiliates will receive € 10,- discount according to IFAC policy. Note that you can apply free of charge for IFAC affiliate status via ifac-affiliates-portal.
The following items are included in the regular/student registration fee:
- 1 banquet ticket
- All daily coffee breaks and lunch
- 1 ticket for the welcome reception
- 1 ticket for the farewell reception
- 1 entrance to the DAF Museum (for Tuesday June 17 evening);
- 1 paper upload in PaperCept
- 1 digital copy of the symposium pre-prints.
Additional banquet tickets (incl. entrance to DAF museum) for spouse or accompanying guest are available for €200. This can be indicated during the registration.
Pre-symposium tutorials
Preceding AAC2025, three parallel pre-symposium tutorials are organized:
- Numerical Optimal Control for Vehicles (full day)
- SymAware, Situational Awareness in Multi-Agent Automotive Systems (half day)
- Advances in Design and Real-World Implementation of Automotive AI-Powered Control Technologies (half day)
Registration via the registration website is mandatory. The costs for attending the tutorials are €50 for conference registrants or €200 for non-conference registrants. This fee includes a lunch and refreshments during the scheduled break(s), and a reduced fee applies for conference participants. Check the selected registration type and selected tutorial in the registration form.
Cancellation policy
After uploading the final paper, no refund of the corresponding registration fee is possible. Cancellation and refund of registration fees that do not correspond to final paper uploads are possible. Requests must be made via email to aac2025@tue.nl with the subject “Cancellation AAC25 NAME SURNAME” until 30 April 2025. No refunds will be made after this date. Cancellations are subject to a €200 administrative fee.
