Travel
You can fly to Eindhoven airport from many European destinations. Eindhoven airport is only a 25 minute bus ride away from the city center.
Eindhoven is also easily accessible by train or car via Amsterdam, Brussels and Düsseldorf: max. 1.5 hr travel.
Best way to travel from Amsterdam airport (Schiphol) to Eindhoven is by train.
Trains departing from Schiphol Airport can take you to the Eindhoven Central Station in less than 1.5 hours.
Cost: approximately € 23,30 one way.
Tickets for the train can be purchased at terminals inside the airport or online. You can plan your travel best by using the NS (Dutch Railway) app.
Accommodation
Hotel Mariënhage is the recommended choice for conference attendees. This hotel, featuring charming, historically styled rooms, is situated on the same grounds as the conference venue. The lively city center, with its busy market square, numerous restaurants, the vibrant Stratumseind bar street, and shopping areas, is just a short walk away. For AAC2025, forty hotel rooms have been reserved at a discounted rate of €149 per night (excl. tax) for the period of June 15-18.
